Our Story

The founders of La Jalisco immigrated from Mexico with their family in search of opportunity. When faced with a new landscape and a language barrier, the Martinez family got to work—creating their own opportunities in the process. With sacrifices, ambition, and the help of their two industrious daughters, the Martinez family founded La Jalisco. Today, they proudly serve the Athens-Clarke County community while preserving the Hispanic culture through their businesses.
